Tabby Biscuit and calico Tater are two of the very friendly large kittens in the busy Lobby Room at PAWS.
She’s a four year old Calico cat who came to the shelter when her human developed severe allergies.
She is bright, friendly and very playful.
When you enter Pi’s room at PAWS, she comes right out to greet you.
Twelve year old Maizy is a senior cat with a lot of love to give…
as long as there are no children, dogs, or other cats in the house.
She came to PAWS because she didn’t appreciate the attention of the small children in her family.
Dolly is a two year old petite and active calico girl.
When her person was evicted, pretty Chloe lost her home too.
Playful Penelope is only about a year old. She can be a bit shy just at first, not surprising in a cat who was brought to PAWS as a stray.
She warms up quickly and enjoys head rubs before returning to mouse toy domination.
Won’t you come visit charming Penelope?
And now introducing Jack…
Rick and I are always on the lookout for cats when we travel.
We encountered this big boy striding along a street in Barcelona.
He is a sculpture created by the artist Botero.
Rick spotted a distant cousin of our Rufus the Red in the Alhambra.
And here’s a lovely calico.
Believe it or not, our favorite animal siting wasn’t a cat!
