Pretty eleven year old Penelope has happily settled into her temporary home at PAWS.
To her, any stranger is a new friend. It’s a personality trait that will help Penelope get adopted soon!

LOVE Penelope. She sat on my lap for about 20 minutes today. Purring away, and happy as a clam. 🙂
