Barbra

Thinking of happier days?

This pretty girl was found as a stray and brought to PAWS this Summer. Barbra is shy but really very sweet. She would like to be someone’s only cat and would blossom in a home of her own.
She’s about three years old, healthy, and ready for a second chance at love.

Another New Hammock!

This week Joanne McG., PAWS dog volunteer and shelter seamstress, made a hammock for Elmer. It’s a cosy fleece design with a Tigger pattern. Elmer is very happy. Thanks, Joanne!

  1. That’s a nice looking hammock! And most importantly, Elmer loves it. 🙂
Barbra is a very pretty floofy girl. Purrs that her forever family picks her up soon!

  2. Barbra sure is pretty. It is so sad when the kitties have to live by themselves. I have one here, that has to stay in a room by herself. She is terrified of other cats.
Hope Barbra finds a great home
    Take care.

  3. The shelter cats have a much more pleasant stay if they get along with others. There are a number of open rooms, many with windows, where the cats are loose. The antisocial cats have to be confined in cages to keep them apart, and then they’re let out one at a time.

  4. Barbra is beautiful…we hope and hope and hope some more that her forever family discovers her soon. They are sure to fall in love.

My heart really goes out to Barbra, because that could so easily be Katie. She doesn’t get along with others either. (((purrs))) Barbra…someone really special will come along and see how wonderful you are.
