Three Black Cats

Cameron is a shy gentle cat currently waiting for a home at PAWS.
Elmer is a friendly, inquisitive, and active young cat.

And here’s a kitten, just being kittenish.

At the shelter there are tiny kittens with velvet paws,
Black cats, tuxedos, tortis, and tigers.
Independent cats, lap cats, playful, calm and friendly cats.
Young healthy cats, been-around-the-block cats.
All at the shelter, waiting to change your life.

Thankfully, PAWS is a NO KILL shelter everyday. Sunday we will participate in this nationwide event with an open house from noon until 4 pm. Please visit your local shelter, wherever you are!

  1. I have a special place in my heart for black kitties. My first cat was completely black and was faithful by my side through many years of craziness. He brought me nothing but good luck… and love.

  2. Oh, we love them all (especially Elmer, but don’t tell that kitten and Cameron we said that, MOL). 🙂

We sure hope these kittehs find their forever homes real soon. In the meantime, we’ll be sure to give them lots of love!

  3. All those cats are just lovely. Its so Dark Ages to think black cats are bad luck. People are supposed to be educated these days!
