This is an invitation for a tummy rub session. He’s listed as a stray, but it’s obvious from his friendly attitude that, before he fell on hard times, he was someone’s sweetheart.
Cecil is 7 years young and must be an indoor cat because he’s been declawed.

We LOVE Cecil! He is also very playful … he chases and bats the fuzzy shiny ball in room three like it’s going out of style. 🙂
