This is Maggie who came to the shelter as a very angry and bad tempered stray. At first, when we entered her room, there was the constant sound of growling coming from her cage.
After weeks of treats and visits from kind hearted and brave volunteers, she’s a different cat. Now she purrs and kneads her towel in anticipation when she sees her friends.
I don’t know about dogs, but you can teach a cat new tricks!

I’m so glad to learn that Maggie found her way to your shelter, and that she has been able to know love and kindness. I hope she finds a forever home soon as she is very pretty and deserves to know how a home life can be.
Good for Maggie! Thank you all so much for working with her so consistently, and showing her that people aren’t so scary. 🙂
I see tonight
Way to go Maggie & Maggie!
See Maggie, apes aren’t so bad after all. Tuxie sweetheart work your way into an ape’s heart soonest!
